Skin care routine

  1. Take off your makeup!!!
    If you wear makeup, remember to remove makeup before going to bed. this is not an option.

  2. Cleanse your face twice a day. Wash your face twice a day, once in the morning before putting on makeup and once in the evening before going to bed. Also remember to wash your face after exercising. booster soap or face wash soap will be ideal.

  3. Apply a toner or floral water. You apply your toner after washing and drying your face. Pour a small amount of product onto a cotton pad and simply sweep it over your face. Avoid the eye contour area. Let the toner dry on your skin, without rinsing it off.

  4. Apply your morning/evening serum if you are over 25. You apply the day or night cream, a few drops are enough. pour 3/4 drops into the palms of your clean hands and gently press it onto your face.

  5. Hydrate your skin. You apply your moisturizer once your serum has absorbed into your skin. You can massage the product into your skin, using upward circular motions, on your face and neck.

  6. Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week. Don't exfoliate your face more than once or twice a week or you risk damaging your skin. Exfoliate using gentle strokes. Indeed, by rubbing your skin too vigorously, you will damage it.

  7. Apply sunscreen every day (365 days). Exposing yourself to the sun every day can accelerate skin aging, promote spots and other skin problems. Even if you don't plan to spend a lot of time outdoors, apply sunscreen before you leave the house. Opt for a product with a protection factor of 30 or more
